COORDINADORA, as the next step of its internalization plan, will open new offices in Germany and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to reinforce the commercial team and focus the efforts through the Energy, Oil & Gas Market.
To identify business opportunities in the Energy, Oil & Gas sector for special logistics and transport engineering.
To find potential customers to open new profitable commercial relationships, in Northern Europe mainly.
To get the company involved in new realistic and affordable bidding/tender opportunities.
To increase the selling figures of the Energy, Oil & Gas Division through new Clients.
To participate in the commercial strategic information flow among the Company branches.
To maintain and develop the Company network of partners and key suppliers.
To be part of the decision-making process about the area business plan and tactics.
To run periodically commercial visits, conferences and linked events around North Continent, periodically.
To report to the Company Management level about the goals achievement and being assessed accordingly.
To prepare selling contents in association with Operations and Marketing colleagues.
To be available for Clients even over the strict timetable.
To participate in internal workshops and training sessions to share business experience and enhance rest of the team commercial skills.
A professional experienced (5 years) in sells in the Heavy Lift sector (shipping/haulage/forwarding).
Academic training preferably as engineer, merchant marine, any science degree or business/law education.
Willing to work on a fixed + variable salary basis to be mutually agreed as per candidate objective value.
Ample knowledge in the field of the Oil & Gas Energy.
Able to provide a solid list of contacts both potential customers and key suppliers.
Successful in catching new customers and goals-oriented in that sense.
Proactive to propose new commercial tactics and services to be sold.
Used to teamwork and internal coordination among the different areas in the Company.
Hard-worker even under pressure demonstrating time organization capabilities and attention to details, preference on looking for excellence.
Brilliant in social and communication skills.
Based on Hamburg area but able to travel highly often around the region.
Proficiency level of English and second/third languages will be well considered.
